Ecommerce Manager. D2C and Amazon. FMCG Branded Snacking. Hybrid Remote (1 day min per week Greater London office). £50,000 - £55,000
Ecom Talent is proudly partnering with an organically grown FMCG snacking and fruit bar brand which is rapidly expanding across the UK market in major grocery channels (Tesco / Food service and wholesale distribution). There is now a significant opportunity to increase the presence and scale of growth across Amazon and their own website (D2C).
About You
We are recruiting a savvy, driven Ecommerce sales manager who is looking to join an innovative business to deliver significant growth, jumping over or blow-up barriers to achieve success! Good communicator and relationship builder, you passionately create new opportunities, staying at the cutting edge of best practice Ecommerce sales. You will have a demonstrable successful track record in a disruptive SME and ideally be located within a commutable distance to the office min. 1 day a week.
About the Role
This is a pivotal role reporting into the Co-Founder & Managing Director. You will maximise the opportunity with Amazon and D2C and explore the opportunity for TikTok sales. Having daily contact with the Directors, you will be at the heart of key business decisions to accelerate our growth in the UK, and beyond.
Role Responsibilities:
- P&L responsible for the Ecommerce business
- Driving sales growth on Amazon and Direct to Consumer Website
- Developing and executing the sales strategy with Amazon in the UK and EU
- Delivering high growth sales targets, forecasting sales and liaising with Supply Chain to ensure the right stock is available to maximise sales
- Develop and optimise product listing and Amazon shop, liaising the design team to implement best in class creative and copy
- Develop and optimise advertising campaigns using best in class assets and deliver target ROAS
- Evaluate new market opportunities and if they meet the ‘go’ criteria launch and build new market opportunities e.g. pan EU
- Analyse performance to identify key insights and growth opportunities e.g. new product flavours, formats and packaging solutions
- Plan and implement promotions; evaluate their effectiveness to continuously improve performance
- Build a successful partnership with Amazon SASPro team to leverage their excellent capabilities and support
- Driving sales through the webshops to evaluate the potential opportunity to grow this route to market
- Collaborate with web designer to optimise the user experience
- Track sales closely and identify key insights and growth opportunities
- Partner with the marketing team to execute activities to increase awareness and sales e.g. newsletters, social media advertising, PPC
- Develop a robust strategy to test and learn new channel opportunities, including TikTok Shop
