CRM. London, Hybrid. £55,000+ Package. Increase existing customer engagement, extend the customer lifecycle and contribute to overall retention metrics across all markets.
Ecom Talent is proudly partnering with a scaling wellness and beauty brand which is currently experiencing significant growth across all channels (D2C / Amazon / 3rd Party).
With solid experience in CRM automation and testing, you’ll be accountable for identifying opportunities, building automation flows plus templates, and optimising the customer journey for email, SMS and in-app channels. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders across all areas of the business including Brand, Content, eCom Trading and Customer Service

Role Responsibilities:
- Leading ideation and implementation of lifecycle programmes in order to drive acquisition, retention, and lifetime value KPIs across CRM touch points.
- Applying thorough test and learn protocols to increase content personalisation, optimising to ensure journeys are consistently improving
- Implementing newsletter campaign emails to launch new products
- Developing and implementing new strategies for customer segmentation
- Supporting the roadmap to hyper-personalisation, including implementing dynamic content
- Rigorously maintaining databases of customer information, drawing upon data as needed to inform recommendations and new implementations.
- Delivering clear and consistent email performance reports, connecting with Market Research and Customer Service teams to gather holistic CRM reports
- Working closely with the Brand, Content, Commercial and Customer Service Teams to ensure there is an integrated approach to the end to end customer experience.
- Working with the Brand and Content Team to launch key campaigns on CRM channels.
- Project managing lifecycle content development with support from Design and Copywriting stakeholders.
About You:
- 4+ years experience in CRM and retention for a multi-market e-commerce brand - fast paced, high growth, data driven organisation.
- Hands-on experience of working with Email Service Providers (ESPs) and other CRM tools.
- Hands-on experience with customer data and segmentation, referring to data points to inform segmentation strategies
- Well-versed in working with design and copywriting teams to deliver best-in-class creatives, with very high production volumes
- Experience working directly with web developers and/or data engineers on CRM projects.
- Results driven, comfortable analysing performance numbers and with a keen desire to optimise all customer touch points.
- A good understanding of email marketing best practices including GDPR and e-privacy laws.
